Present petition filed by the petitioners for protection of life and liberty at the hands of private respondents.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of filing of the present petition, petitioner No.1 was minor, however, now due to the efflux of time, she has become major as such she is entitled to live with any person of her choice.

3. Counsel appearing for the State submits that this petition was filed way back on 30.05.2022 and as per his instructions there is no threat to the life of the petitioners.

4. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits, in case of any threat, the petitioners be permitted to make representation for

protection to the concerned Senior Superintendent of Police, in case, such

representation is filed, the concerned officer be directed to act upon the same

without any delay.

5. Prayer made by learned Legal Aid counsel is genuine and same is allowed.

6. Present petition is allowed partly with the clarification that in

case, the petitioners face any threat perception, they are at liberty to file fresh representation to the concerned Senior Superintendent of Police, who shall act upon that representation without any delay and provide them

protection on day to day analysis in accordance with law.

7. This order shall remain in force for thirty days and eclipse thereafter.

8. Legal aid counsel shall be entitled for grant of remuneration as per the rules.
