By way of present appeal, challenge has been laid to the

judgments and decrees dated 14.08.2015 and 19.01.2017 passed by

the Courts below whereby a suit for declaration and permanent

injunction filed on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 has been decreed.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that parties have

entered into settlement and thus the appellants do not intend to pursue

the present appeal.

Dismissed being not pressed.
