This is a petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for

modification of order dated 11.01.2021 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Ludhiana under Section 167(2) of Cr.P.C. challenging

the conditions imposed while granting default bail to the petitioner.

In view of judgment dated 03.03.2021 passed by the Coordinate

Bench of this Court in CRM-M-4374-2021 titled as Sahil Jain Vs. Joint

Commissioner, CGST, Ludhiana, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks

permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as

withdrawn.
