This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking

quashing of case FIR No.76 dated 30.05.2016 under Sections 323, 324, 452

and 34 of IPC registered at Police Station Ismailabad, District Kurukshetra

and judgment/order dated 06/09.08.2019 of JMIC, Pehowa and all

subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise deed

dated 18.01.2021 (Annexure P-4) arrived at between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the

present petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action

with better particulars.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
