CORAM:- HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE NIDHI GUPTA
Present:- Mr. Neeraj Sheoran, Advocate for the appellant.
NIDHI GUPTA J.(Oral)
The present appeal has been filed by the appellant for
enhancement of compensation awarded by the learned Motor Accident
Claims Tribunal, Sonipat vide judgment dated 05.10.2021.
The only contention raised by learned counsel for the appellant
is that the appellant, who is 70 years of age, his three fingers were cut off in
the accident. Admittedly, the appellant is working as a Priest and
compensation of Rs.3,55,500/- has been awarded by the Tribunal.
In view of the facts, I found no ground to interfere in the
compensation awarded by the learned Tribunal.
Resultantly, the appeal stands dismissed.
