Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the
petitioner in FIR No.193 dated 29.08.2014 registered under Sections
356/186/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Phase-I, SAS
Nagar, District Mohali.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of
judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Manish Jain Vs. Haryana
State Pollution Control Board, reported as 2020 SCC Online SC 1101, the
petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file
petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for challenging the orders dated
20.12.2021, 28.09.2021 and 29.10.2021 in seriatim.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as
withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
