This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for
issuance of direction to ld. District and Sessions Judge, Sri Muktsar Sahib
for hearing the arguments and decide the appeal bearing No.258 of 2014
titled as Ashwani Kumar Vs. Sharda and another (Annexure P-2) and other
connected appeals filed against the judgment dated 21.11.2014 passed by
SDJM Malout (Annexure P-1) within some specified time.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the appeal
preferred by private respondent has been decided, therefore, the present
petition seeking directions for expeditious disposal of the said appeal is
rendered infructuous.
