Instant petition has been filed challenging the order dated
06.01.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bathinda,
whereby, an application filed by respondent No.2, under Section 319
Cr.P.C., seeking summoning of petitioners as additional accused, has been
accepted.
Counsel for the complainant has placed on record a copy of the
judgment dated 05.01.2022 passed by this Court in CRM-M-43680 of 2021
titled as 'Ranjodh Singh and others Vs. State of Punjab and another' to
submit that FIR out of which the instant proceedings arise has been quashed
on the basis of a compromise. As per the counsel, instant petition has
become infructuous.
