Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of FIR No.133 dated
05.11.2019, registered for offence under Section 452 of the Indian Penal
Code, 1860 and Section 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences
Act, 2012, at Police Station Women, Sector 51, Gurugram, Annexure P-1,
along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the
compromise dated 19.11.2019, Annexure P-2, arrived at between the parties.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner has been
acquitted by the Trial Court by judgment dated 12.04.2022, the petition has
become infructuous.
Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
