This order shall dispose of review application No.RA-RF-14-

2022 in RFA-1625-2016.

In fact, similar review applications filed by the HSIIDC have

been dismissed by a detailed judgment passed in RA-RF-8-2022 in RFA-

3000-2016, titled as "Jai Singh Vs. State of Haryana and others". Even,

the various judgments relied upon by the review applicant have been

considered.

In view of the aforesaid, the matter is squarely covered by the

order passed in Jai Singh's case (supra).

Hence, the review application is dismissed.
