Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner in
the present case has since expired. However, despite repeated requests legal
representatives of the petitioner are not coming forward to get themselves
impleaded. He prays that the present revision petition may be dismissed for
non-prosecution in the absence of any instructions.
In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed
for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
