The present LPA is arising out of CWJC No. 1274 of
2019 decided on 22.01.2019 in which the learned Single Judge has
passed the following order:
"Heard Mr. Lalan Kumar, the learned
Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Janardan Prasad
Singh, the learned Senior Advocate for the
respondent/the Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.
2. After some arguments, Mr. Lalan
Kumar, the learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks
permission to withdraw this writ petition in order to
enable the petitioner to pursue his remedies by way of
filing representation before the concerned authorities.
3. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty
aforesaid."
2. Having regard to the disposal of CWJC No. 1274 of
2019 in the above terms, question of entertaining the present LPA
is impermissible. LPA bench cannot examine the decision of the
learned Single Judge in respect of CWJC dismissed as withdrawn
on behalf of learned Advocate for the appellant.
3. Accordingly, present LPA stands disposed of as not
maintainable.
4. Disposal of the present LPA would not be a hurdle for
the appellant to invoke remedy of filing civil review.

5. For the purpose of entertaining civil review, the
appellant may apprise the learned Single Judge with reference to
Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963 for the purpose of
condonation of delay.
