In the instant appeal, appellant has prayed for the

following relief/reliefs:

"That the appellant (Petitioner-

appellant) is filing the present appeal for

setting aside the order dated 12.10.2023

passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Dr. Anshuman,

the Hon'ble Company Judge in Company

Petition No. 03/1984 whereby and where

under while considering I.A. No. 324/2023 Patna High Court COMP. APP.(DB) No.7 of 2023 dt.23-01-2024

filed on behalf of the petitioner, has been

rejected stating that petitioner has no locus

standi to interfere before this court at this

juncture."

2. Perusal of the appeal, the appellant has not produced

copy of the I.A. No. 324 of 2023 which is relevant material

information in deciding the present Comp. App. (DB) No. 7 of

2023 read with order dated 12.10.2023 passed by the learned

Company Court in the aforementioned I.A. No. 324 of 2023.

3. For bereft of material information, present appeal

stands dismissed reserving liberty to the appellant to file fresh

appeal.
