The present MJC application is filed for modification of

the order dated 12.12.2019 passed in LPA No. 1492 of 2017 is not

maintainable for the reasons that modification is permissible only Patna High Court MJC No.75 of 2020 dt.11-01-2024

if there are typographical errors. When the order is required to be

altered with reference to certain materials, in that event, petitioner

was required to file review petition and not MJC application for

modification.

2. Accordingly, present MJC application stands disposed

of as not maintainable reserving liberty to the petitioner to file

review petition, in accordance with law.
