The petitioner, who claims to be the General Secretary

of a Trade Union, challenge the decision taken by the Bihar

Building And Other Construction Worker's Welfare Board. The

petitioner claims that the writ petition is filed in public interest.

The petitioner as a General Secretary of the Union cannot be

raising such issue in public interest when the Union itself could

have challenged the decision of the Board, if they decide so.

2. We find no reason to entertain the public interest Patna High Court CWJC No.14692 of 2023 dt.13-10-2023

litigation, but leave liberty to proceed otherwise, in accordance

with law. The writ petition stands closed.
