Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner had preferred another writ petition before this Court

being C.W.J.C. No. 19708 of 2014 (Md. Sagir & Anr., Vs. The

State of Bihar & Ors.) assailing the order of cancellation of his

mark-sheet, which was dismissed by a Bench of this Court vide

judgment dated 19.01.2016. The said order was challenged in

L.P.A. No. 1032 of 2016 (Md. Sagir & Anr., Vs. The State of

Bihar & Ors.), however, the same was also dismissed by a Patna High Court CWJC No.7962 of 2015 dt.17-02-2023

Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.06.2017.

In view thereof, the present writ petition is,

accordingly, dismissed.
