Heard Mr. Pushkar Bharadwaj, learned counsel for the

petitioner, Mr. Zaki Haider, learned counsel for the Babasaheb

Bhimrao Ambedkar, University and Mr. Prabhat Ranjan Singh,

learned AC to AAG-13.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the University

submits that in deference to the order of this Court dated

10.05.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13446 of 2014, the

representation of the petitioner was duly considered by the

Registrar of the University and a reasoned and speaking order

has been passed way back on 28.08.2019 itself. The same is Patna High Court MJC No.86 of 2017 dt.18-08-2023

brought on record as Annexure-D to the show-cause filed on

behalf of the O.P. No.3.

3. The aforesaid contention has not been refuted by

the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view thereof, prima facie, it appears that the

order of this Court dated 10.05.2016 has already been complied

with.

5. Accordingly, the present contempt application

stands disposed of.
