Petitioner has prayed for the following relief:-

"A. A certiorari for quashing and setting aside the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Kahalgaon and issued vide Memo No. 667 dated 13.09.2017 whereby and whereunder license of the petitioner's PDS shop bearing new license no. 99/16 and old licence no. 123/85 has been cancelled contained Annexure-1.

B. A mandamus commanding the Respondents to restore the petitioner's license and to make allotment for the same as before."

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner

seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to

approach the appropriate/competent forum for redressal of his Patna High Court CWJC No.18906 of 2021 dt.31-01-2022

grievances as permissible in law.

This application is dismissed as withdrawn reserving

liberty to the writ petitioner to take recourse to such remedies as

are otherwise available in accordance with law.
