2015 by which the application was dismissed for non-

prosecution.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

taking into account the averments made in the pleadings, the

application is allowed. Order dated 02.05.2019 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1131 of 2020 dt.24-02-2021

Misc. No.7516 of 2015 is recalled and the said case stands

restored to its original file and number.
