Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. In the instant writ petition, the petitioners have prayed
for the following reliefs:
"(i) To command and direct Respondents to appoint /
regularize the service of the petitioners whose name
has been included in the final Panel published on 04-
09-2019 contained in memo No.617/Estb. (who are
serving as seasonal DPT Sprayers) in the concerned
department or in Malaria Department, against
Vacancies available under government of Bihar as
grade IV employee.
(ii) To grant any other relief/reliefs to which the
petitioners are otherwise found entitled for."
3. Short question for consideration in the present petition
is whether the petitioners are entitled to be regularized in a post or
not with reference to DPT Sprayers read with the inclusion of
petitioners' name in the final panel notified on 04.09.2019.
4. In the facts and circumstances, the competent
authority/respondent is hereby directed to redress the grievance of
the petitioners in passing speaking order within a period of three
months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
