2. Heard this 2nd Appeal from the learned counsel for the appellants on the point of admission.

3. Admit this 2nd Appeal on formulation of the following substantial questions of law:-

(i) Whether the refusal made by the learned First Appellate

Court in R.F.A. No.7/2015 to condone the delay in preferring that

First Appeal vide R.F.A. No.7/2015 is sustainable under law?

4. The Registry is directed to call for the photocopies of

the LCRs of this 2nd Appeal on or before the next date.

5. The appellants are directed to file requisites for issuance of notice to the respondent No.1 through Speed Post with A.D.

within 7 working days and serve the copy of the appeal memo on the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

6. List this matter after two weeks.
