05. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Learned Senior Counsels for the Appellants and learned counsel for the Respondents 1 to 7 are present.
3. As per the noting of the Registry, the appeal notice against Respondents 9(a), 9(b), 10, 13 and 15 is made sufficient. But none appears on their behalf. Likewise notice against Respondent No.17 is made sufficient on refusal. Learned counsel for the Respondents 9(c), 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 19 and 21 is directed to take fresh steps for issuance of notice against them.
4. List this matter after three weeks.

2. The I.A is allowed in part.
3. Final decree proceeding in the suit vide C.S No.32 of 2005 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Malkangiri shall continue in its all respect except seal and sign.
