Order No.
01. 1. Heard Mr. Rajiv Kumar Mahanta, learned counsel appearing for the appellant-petitioner and Mr. Debaraj Mohanty, learned counsel for the State of Odisha.
2. This is an application for dispensing with filing the certified copy of the impugned judgment and order of conviction dated 24th September, 2025 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Keonjhar in S.T. Case No.67 of 2022 under Annexure-1 of the appeal.

Case No.67 of 2022 under Annexure-1 of the appeal is dispensed with.

Case No.214 dated 24.05.2022. By the said judgment, the appellant has been convicted under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life with a fine of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand), in default, to further rigorous imprisonment for a period of one year for the offence under Section 302 of IPC.
3. Aggrieved by the said judgment and order of conviction dated 24th September, 2025, the appellant has preferred this statutory appeal under Section 374 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a reported delay of 67 days.
