1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Appellant and learned Additional

Standing Counsel for the State.

3. This application has been filed for grant of bail to the Appellant.

4. Taking into account the submissions made and on going through

the averments taken in the application; this Court is not inclined

to release on bail to the Appellant. However, this Court direct

that the Appellant be released on interim bail for a period of two

months reckoning from the date of his actual release by the

learned Special Judge (POCSO)-cum-Addl. Sessions Judge,

Bhubaneswar in T.R. Case No.82 of 2015 on such terms and

conditions as deemed just and proper by the court in seisin over

the matter with further conditions that; the Appellant shall not

indulge himself in any criminal activity during the period of

interim bail.

5. The Appellant shall positively surrender before the court in seisin

over the matter as would be so directed by the said Court on

expiry of period of interim bail.

6. The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

7. List this matter on 8th March, 2026 for final hearing.
