The petitioner in this writ petition seeks a direction to opposite party no.2 to accept the application of the petitioner under Annexure-1 and adjudicate the same within a stipulated period.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner by citing an order dated 24.12.2025 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No.36243 of 2025 (Samir Kumar Pani Vrs. State of Odisha and others), submitted that since the issue raised in the instant writ petition is similar to aforesaid writ petition, the instant writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said order. In the aforesaid writ petition, i.e., W.P.(C) No.36243 of 2025, the following order has been passed:-

"1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard from the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. Upon hearing from the learned counsels of both the sides, it is felt proper to dispose of this writ petition at this stage finally directing the O.P. No.2 to receive the objection filed by the petitioner and to proceed with the same according to the O.S.S. Act and Rules.

4. As such, this writ petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of finally.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted to the petitioner on proper application."

3. Learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State-opposite parties has conceded to such proposition made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. In view of the aforesaid position, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to opposite party no.2 to receive the application/objection proposed to be filed by the petitioner (as enclosed to the writ petition at Annexure-1) and proceed with the same in accordance with law.
