1. Learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State furnishes a letter dated 21st November, 2025 received from the Superintendent, District Jail, Bhadrak in Court today indicating that after verification of the official records, nothing could be traced out regarding appellant connected with G.R. Case No.1566 of 1991 corresponding to S.T. No.136/50 of 1992, disposed of vide judgment dated 24th January, 1994 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhadrak. The same is taken on record. She prays for further two weeks' accommodation to obtain instruction in this matter.
