01. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. This Criminal Revision has been filed assailing the impugned order dated 24.09.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Gunupur in TR Case No.13 of 2020 rejecting the application filed by the Petitioners to discharge them from the offence under Sections 341/ 323/ 324/ 325/ 307/ 294/ 506/ 34 I.P.C. read with section 3(1)(r)(s)/3(2)/3(2)(va) of SC & ST (PoA) Act.

3. Considering the nature of accusations which is borne out from the materials on record and keeping in view the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of State of Orissa vs. Debendra Nath Padhi, (2005) 1 SCC 568, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Criminal Revision.

4. Accordingly, the CRLREV stands disposed of.

5. In view of disposal of CRLREV, I.A. No.1403 of 2025 stands disposed of.
