   01.      1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Mr. A.P. Bose, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instruction from his client, submits that the judgment dated 19.02.1998 passed by the Joint Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation, Sambalpur in Consolidation Revision Case No. 911 of 1997 has not yet been implemented inasmuch as no notice has been received by his client from the Consolidation Officer.

3. Learned counsel for the State shall take instruction in the matter and apprise this Court on the next date.

4. List this matter on 2nd February 2026.
