1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. The Appellants have filed this appeal challenging the judgment

of conviction and order of sentence dated 09.12.2025 passed by

the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Padampur in

C.T. No.298 of 2014.

3. Heard.

4. Admit.

5. Call for the LCR.

6. List this matter on 12th February, 2026.

7. Heard.

8. Having heard from both the sides and considering the facts and

circumstances of the case, it is found just to admit the Appellants

to bail. Accordingly, it is directed that the Appellants shall be

released on bail by the learned Additional District and Sessions

Judge, Padampur in C.T. No.298 of 2014 on such terms and

conditions as deemed just and proper.

9. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

10.Heard.

11.There shall be stay on realization of fine imposed against the

Appellant vide judgment dated 09.12.2025 passed by the learned

Additional District and Sessions Judge, Padampur in C.T. No.298

of 2014 pending finalization of the Criminal Appeal.

12.The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
