1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. The Appellant has filed this appeal challenging the judgment of
conviction and order of sentence dated 29.11.2025 passed by the
learned Adhoc Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTSC),
Jajpur in C.T. Case No.15 of 2025.
3. Heard.
4. Admit.
5. Since this case relates to the offences under Sections
137(2)/87/64{2)(m)/65(l) of BNS r/w u/s 6 of POCSO Act., notice
needs to be issued to the informant.
6. Accordingly, learned counsel for the Appellant is directed to
serve required number of copies of the appeal on learned
Additional Standing Counsel for the State within three working
days in order to enable her to serve notice upon the informant
through the concerned Investigation Officer regarding hearing of
the appeal.
7. List this matter on 9th February, 2026.
