02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. Heard. Since the petitioner herein seeks for bail for commission of one of the offences under POCSO Act, the victim & her parents/guardian or other person in whom the victim has trust and confidence are required to be informed before taking up the hearing in the matter, in view of the Sub-rule 13 and 15 (viii) of Rule-4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Rules, 2020 (in short the "Rules").

3. For the purpose of information of victim & her parents/guardian or other person in whom the victim has trust and confidence in terms of the above Rules, let the copy of the bail application received by the learned counsel for the State be sent to the victim & her parents/guardian or other person in

whom the victim has trust and confidence by Mr. C. Mohanty, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor through concerned Police Station indicating therein the probable date of hearing.

4. List this matter in the week commencing from 16th February, 2026.
