Mr. Bibhuti Ranjan Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioners by filing the comprehensive affidavit in the Court today, which is taken on record, after serving a copy thereof to the learned State Counsel prays to take up the bail application, but since the comprehensive affidavit has been filed in the Court today with copy to the learned State Counsel, learned State Counsel is, hereby, requested to verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioners by next date. Accordingly, list this matter in the week commencing from 16.02.2026.
