2. Mr. Sudipto Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner in BLAPL No.10120 of 2025 submits that the petitioner has filed another affidavit on 02.02.2026, but the same has not come on record. Office is, however, requested to verify and place the aforesaid affidavit on record by next date. Accordingly, list both these matters in the week commencing from 09.02.2026.
