2. Heard.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for

adjournment of this matter.

4. Considering the above, this Court while adjourning this

matter to 10th March, 2026 also imposes a cost of Rs.500/-

on the learned counsel the Petitioner which shall be

deposited in favour of the Orissa High Court Bar

Association Library. Receipt showing deposit of the said

cost shall be presented before this Court on the next date.

5. Interim order, if any, passed earlier shall continue till

the next date of listing of this matter.
