08. 1. Mr. R. Achary, learned counsel for Opposite Parties 1 to 3 submits that the proposal has been sent to the Government since 16.02.2026, but no action has been taken till date by the Government in Higher Education Department.

2. Accordingly, Mr. U.R. Jena, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State, is directed to take instruction from the Secretary to Government in Higher Education Department with regard to the steps taken on the recommendation of Opposite Parties.

3. Copy of the contempt petition along with show-cause affidavit and recommendation of Opposite Parties be supplied to Mr. Jena, learned A.G.A., by Mr. Achary, learned counsel for Opposite Parties 1 to 3.

4. List these matters on 25th June 2026.
