04. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. Mr.Milan Kanungo, learned Senior Counsel who is being assisted by Mr.Ashish Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner while submitting the matter referred to an agreement of settlement between the petitioner and the informant which is claimed by Mr.Janmejaya Katikia, learned counsel for the informant to be forged one, but the learned State counsel could not clarify on this issue, however, he submits that the said agreement is part of the record and he would obtain necessary instruction from the concerned IO and give reply to the Court. On the other hand, Mr.Rajat Kumar Panda, learned counsel for the wife of the informant who appears to be appearing for the victim is also present.
3. In such situation, Mr.P.Satapathy, learned Addl. PP seeks for an adjournment to take instruction in the matter. Accordingly, list this matter on 2nd May, 2026.
