1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. The Petitioner has filed this CRLMC seeking a prayer to quash
the order of cognizance dated 02.09.2024 passed by the learned SDJM,
Berhampur in connection with G.R. Case No.228 of 2024.
3. Heard.
4. Issue notice.
5. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State waives of
notice on behalf of the Opposite Party No.1. An extra copy of the
CRLMC be served on him, who shall take instructions in the matter. He
is also directed to obtain the Case Diary by the next date.
6. Issue notice to the Opposite Party No.2 by Speed Post with A.D.
Requisites shall be filed within three working days hence.
7. List this matter on 05.05.2026.

9. As an interim measure, it is directed that the order of cognizance
dated 02.09.2024 passed by the learned SDJM, Berhampur in connection
with G.R Case No.228 of 2024 shall remain stayed till the next date of
listing of this matter.
