02. This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

This is an application for bail.

The impugned judgment indicates that forty eight witnesses have been examined by the learned trial Court.

Mr. B.K. Ragada, learned counsel for the petitioners

received. He further submits that since the soft copy of the trial Court record has been received, the Office may be asked

to supply the deposition copies of the rest of the witnesses in his pen drive.

Learned counsel for the State and the learned counsel for the informant also makes similar player.

In view of such submission, let the Registry supply the soft copies of the depositions of rest of the witnesses i.e. from P.W.29 to P.W.48 examined in the learned trial Court to the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State in their respective pen drives during course of this week.

List this matter along with CRLA No.562 of 2025, CRLA No.586 of 2025 and CRLA No.707 of 2025 in the week commencing from 27.10.2025.
