2. Heard Mr. Y. Das, learned Sr. counsel, who is being assisted by Mr. Nirmal Chandra Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. P. Satpathy, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. In addition to oral arguments, a short written notes of submission was also provided to the Court and accordingly, this Court requests the State counsel to supply the copy of the Case Diary in the meantime.
