2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. Let an extra copy of the Writ Petition be served on learned Addl. Govt. Advocate in course of the day. However, considering the observation made in the impugned order that High Court has no power to direct for absorption for such type of workers, this Court directs for personal appearance of O.P. No.2.

4. O.P. No.2 is directed to come along with the judgment passed in the case of State of Karnataka & Others Vrs. Umadevi and Others and satisfy this Court that such a power is not vested with the High Court.
