10. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Mr. Mallik, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits, the subject matter of the present lis is squarely covered by the recent judgment of Supreme Court reported in 2024 SCC OnLine SC 1909 (Jagdish Prasad Singh Vs. State of Bihar and others), relying on which the coordinate Bench also passed a judgment on 05.12.2024 in W.P.(C) No.6293 of 2021 (Satrughna Biswal Vs. State of Odisha and another). Mr. Mallik files photocopies of said judgments in the Court after handing over copies thereof to Mr. Bal, learned AGA for the State-Opposite Parties, which be kept on record.

3. Mr. Bal, learned AGA prays for an adjournment to examine the said judgments so also take instruction regarding correctness of the submission made by learned

Counsel for the Petitioner, which is allowed.
