                          10.             1.        This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. Misra, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner and Mr. Pattnaik, learned Additional Government Advocate at length.

3. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties at length, when the Court was about to dictate the final judgment, Mr. Pattnaik, learned Additional Government Advocate, at that stage prayed for an adjournment to refer to certain case laws in support of his case.

4. Hon'ble Supreme Court while remitting the matter in SLP(C) No.26551 of 2023 and batch of SLP(C), observed that the parties undertook to fully cooperate in the proceeding before the High Court. But, it appears that on 1st September, 2025 and 15th September, 2025, the matter was adjourned on the prayer of learned State Counsel. Today also, the matter was heard at length and the Bench was about the pass the final judgment.

5. Since Mr. Pattnaik, learned Additional Government Advocate prays for an adjournment, the matter stands adjourned to be listed on 22nd September, 2025 under the heading "Old Matters".
