03. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
2. Mrs. Ashwariya Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the co-accused persons have already been acquitted in the split-up trial, but she is unable to provide the case number or the copy of judgment. Admittedly, the petitioner was apprehended in this case after 15 years.
3. In such view of the matter, the learned trial Court is requested to submit a report as to whether the co-accused persons have been acquitted or convicted in the split-up trial and what is the present status of the case in respect of the accused-petitioner Nachika Puyu.
4. Accordingly, list this matter in the week commencing from 22nd October, 2025.
A copy of this order be immediately communicated to the concerned Court for compliance.
