2. As an interim measure, it is directed that the award dated

04.04.2009/Annexure-1 passed by the Arbitrator and the judgment

dated 15.12.2017 passed by the learned District Judge, Khurda in

Arb(P) No.101 of 2009/Annexure-2 shall remain stayed till disposal

of the appeal.
