Learned counsel for the respondent Mr. Behera refers to the judgment dated 02.12.2024 and thereafter after disposal of the appeal the order dated 04.08.2025 passed by this Bench. He submits that as observed in paragraphs-8 and 9 of the judgment the respondent wants to open the account in the name of the minor where the amount of ₹2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs) only as directed shall be kept as fixed deposit.

It is submitted that the respondent has provided the necessary documents for opening of the account and the learned

counsel shall approach the Registry as the Registry had intimated the respondent earlier.

2. In view of the judgment passed and the earlier orders, no further orders are necessary to be passed today.
