2. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

3. During hearing, learned Counsel for the Respondent submits, as per the instruction received, the Appellant-wife has already acted in terms of the ex-parte judgment dated 21.05.2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur in C.P. No.328 of 2017 by accepting the permanent alimony of Rs.10,00,000/- (rupees ten lakhs), as awarded in the said C.P.

4. Learned Counsel for the Appellant-wife submits, he has no instruction in the said regard and he be granted time to ascertain as to the correctness of the submission made by learned Counsel for the Respondent-husband.
