01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. S.K. Rath, learned counsel for the appellant.

3. On the prayer of Mr. Rath, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, he is allowed to correct the typographical error instead of the word "Commerce" by "Chemistry" at page-8 second line of paragraph-D and instead of the word "CPP" by "CP" in page-9 in the prayer, by putting his initial therein.

4. Issue notice, returnable by eight weeks.

Appellant shall take steps for issuance of notice by Speed Post within a period of three working days, providing the correct and proper address of the sole respondent, with the requisites postal stamps. Also issue notice on the I.A. filed by the appellant/petitioner.

5. As an interim measure, operation of the impugned judgment of the learned Judge, Family Court, Puri dated 23 rd August, 2025

passed in C.P. No.125 of 2025 shall remain suspended till the next date of hearing.

6. Registry to obtain scanned copy of the records of C.P. No.125 of 2025 disposed of on 23rd August, 2025 from the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Puri.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
