01. 1. The appellant-husband is before this Court challenging the judgment and decree dated 26.06.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur, Ganjam rejecting the petition in Civil Proceeding No.401 of 2022 filed by the appellant-husband in the marriage under Section13(1)(i-a)(i-b) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

2. The appeal has been filed after brooking a delay of 41 days.

3. Issue notice in the I.A. as well as the appeal.

Requisites for issuance of notice by Speed/Registered Post be filed within five working days.
