01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/ Physical Mode).

2. On perusal of the record, it appears that the earlier application of the Petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., which was registered as CRLMC No.1358 of 2022, was disposed of by a coordinate Bench of this Court presided over by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sibo Sankar Mishra, vide judgment dated 29.10.2024.

3. In view of the aforesaid position, Registry is directed to place the matter before the Hon'ble Chief Justice to obtain necessary instruction with regard to listing of the matter before the appropriate Bench.
