01. 1. The appellant-wife before this Court challenging the
judgment and decree dated 08.05.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in Civil Proceeding No. 492 of 2023. In the Civil Proceeding, she was the respondent which was filed by the petitioner-husband (respondent herein) under Section-9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for restoration of conjugal rights.
2. Heard learned counsel for the appellant.
3. Issue notice along with this order.
Requisites for issuance of notice by Speed/Registered Post with AD be filed within five working days.
